Lin’s Grand Buffet was first introduced to the restaurant industry
by a young man named Kenny Lin who had a desire to introduce a
buffet style restaurant with a higher standard of food quality then
what the current industry had to offer. With this desire, Kenny
opened his first buffet restaurant in New York City in 1993 and has
since then opened 32 restaurants thru out Texas and California and
employed over 800 employees.
Now
working together with various partners, such as Cindy Lin, Tim Zhou,
Mariana Lam, Danny Lam, Frank Lam, Bob Lui and Michael Lin, who all
share the same goals and desire for excellence, are moving toward
creating a Lin’s Grand Buffet through out the United States. So
